It is our Customers who claim that Befsztyk offers the largest selection of fresh prime meats along with gourmet charcuterie from different regions of Poland and Europe as well as delicious home-made foods. What differentiate Befsztyk.pl from other online groceries is the fact that we sell: - fresh-cut meats which can be purchased in specified quantities and forms - you want it in one piece, grounded, divided for pieces, steaks, slices, with fat and skin or maybe something more specific? No problem at all - write your comment at the order confirmation and we will prepare your meat as you wish and put it to vacuum pack just before the delivery. Traditionally all meat available in our store is of the finest quality, 100% natural, preservatives free.

Please follow these guidelines in order to make your shopping nice and easy:
- If you are a first time shopper you will need to set up a new account. Once you have completed the registration you may start shopping.
- All product categories are displayed in “Menu” window on the left side of the page. If you are looking for a specific product (i.e. “prosciutto ham”) or a specific range of products (i.e. “ham”), you should use our searching tool on the left side under “Menu” window. Simply enter the name of a product you are looking for and any products that match the words you entered will be shown.
- You can save your shopping cart in order to repeat it in future. To do this, just press 'Save shopping list' button before checkout. During next shopping just enter your empty basket and press 'Load shopping list' button.
- Once you have placed your order an e-mail order confirmation will be sent to the appointed e-mail address. Next you will be sent an e-mail confirming the fulfilment of your order. The final list of the purchased products as well as the final total cost depend on the products’ availability.
- Delivery date and time will be confirmed by e-mail or by phone. Therefore please enter the telephone number you are usually available at while registering.
- Orders are delivered only within the Warsaw city area. Orders are usually delivered within 24 hours (except Sundays or holidays). In case of delay we will inform you first.
- We deliver from Monday to Friday between 10.00 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays between 10.00 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you want to book a specific delivery time please add a comment while ordering on the page “Delivery information”. Orders may be also collected personally in our store Befsztyk seated 02-715 Warszawa, ul. Puławska 176/178.
- Orders under a total value of 100 PLN will not be delivered (in that case you can can collect your order in store). For orders of a total value between 100 PLN and 299,99 PLN there is a 15 PLN delivery charge. For orders of a total value over 300 PLN there is no delivery charge.
- Payment will be taken at delivery or collection in our store. We accept cash and credit card payments.
- We usually issue a receipt for the purchased products. We can also issue an invoice on the Customer’s demand. All the data needed to issue an invoice must be entered during registration.
